The following information is usually required during the loan process:

• Most recent two pay stubs
• Tax returns for the past two years including your K-1 statements if you have partnership or corporation income
• W-2's for the past two years  
• Bank statements for the past two months all pages
• Most recent Investment account statement all pages
• Most recent Retirement account statement all pages
• If you pay or receive child support a copy of the court order
• If you have filed bankruptcy in the last 7 years a copy of your bankruptcy discharge
• Driver's License

If you currently own Real Estate:

• Home insurance policy information
• Home equity account information (if applicable)
